Shipping Implications Coronavirus 

We are monitoring the coronavirus implications and will do the best we can to keep service running as normal. In terms of distribution you should be aware of updates from Royal Mail who are the carrier of products to market:

For orders outside of the UK please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time and that all orders are placed at the customer’s own risk. Please check before ordering as to the legality of the product and any packages that are held by the local customs of the customers country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Super Body Mind® is not responsible for any extra taxes, duties or fees required outside of the UK.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY ORDERS SENT TO EUROPE ARE NOW SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS AND MAY TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS TO CLEAR.

You may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country and the value of the item.

Although we can’t guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders placed before 4 pm within the UK are dispatched the same day, unless otherwise stated. Depending on the weight and contents of your order. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you’re not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

ROYAL MAIL CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:  Despite best efforts, some services may be disrupted. Please be aware that Royal Mail 24/48 delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Parcels may take longer than usual in some areas. If you require your order the next day please choose next day delivery at checkout

Shipping Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 4 pm weekdays.

UK deliveries

Royal Mail  48 – Delivery takes 2-3 working days although some areas may be slightly longer.

Royal Mail Signed For® 48 –  Aims to deliver your parcel in 2-3 days – and gives you the added security of proof of delivery including a signature

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For® 24 – Aims to deliver your parcel the next working day – and gives you the added security of proof of delivery including a signature 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®  before 1pm – Get the peace of mind of knowing your item arrived safely, the next working day – with inclusive tracking and signature on delivery.

EU Deliveries – All orders below 2kg will be delivered via Royal Mail and calculated by weight at checkout.

International Deliveries

All orders from outside of the EU are posted by Royal Mail and calculated at checkout.

International Standard – Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Compensation cover up to £20 

We cannot ship orders above 2kg outside of the UK

Any customs and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not take responsibility for any products held by custom or border officials or agencies

Returns Policy

All returns must be authorised by Super Body Mind®  prior to return via email or telephone. You can return any item for a refund within 14 days after the day of receiving your original order.
