THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SUPER BODY MIND® 

BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.

Overview

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate or business partner with Pureagen® The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML linking between your website and the pureagen.com website. Please note that throughout this Agreement, “we,” “us,”  “our” and “Pureagen” refer to Super Body Mind®, and “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the affiliate/wholesale customer/partner.

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to be an affiliate or partner and enter into this Agreement.

As a member of our Affiliate Program, you will have access to your Affiliate Account dashboard. Here you will be able to review our Program’s details, download HTML code (that provides for links to web pages within the pureagen.com website) and banner creatives, browse and get tracking codes for our coupons and deals. In order for us to accurately keep track of all guest visits from your site to ours, you must use the HTML code that we provide for each banner, text link, or other affiliate links we provide you with.

Our wholesale customer scheme allows you to purchase our products at wholesale prices and sell them through your own distribution network. We work with driven distribution partners in the UK and Europe, however, we must carefully manage any distribution customers in order to ensure that each partner understands CBD and the laws surrounding it, to ensure they can uphold similar levels of service and continue to strengthen our reputation in the industry.

We expect all affiliates, partners and businesses to commit to:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and be able to provide high-quality customer support if required
  • Uphold the law in all respects during the sale, marketing or after-care of Pureagen® products
  • Build a long term and mutually beneficial Distribution relationship with us
  • At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your websites as an independent Affiliate/Partner/Distributor from Super Body Mind
  • Promote and sell on any of our products for any less than the RRP on our website. Unless otherwise agreed with us.

We review all personal websites before accepting new affiliates on-board. The traffic sent via affiliate links is also manually checked for quality on a monthly basis. If there is evidence of spam or other black hat methods used to share affiliate links, the affiliate account may be suspended. We require all associates to provide a professional service to your customers and expect you to always be mindful of the content you produce to promote the brand.

All Intellectual Property Rights shall solely belong to Super Body mind Ltd. We hereby grant to you, during the Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to establish and distribute html hyperlinks for superbodymind.com and to use Pureagen® trade names, logos, trademarks and service marks as is reasonably necessary to establish and promote such hyperlinks and to otherwise perform your obligations under this Agreement; provided, however, that any other promotional materials or usages containing any use of our property will be subject to prior written approval.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

We pay 10-15% affiliate commission on all NRSV tracked

Net Retail Sales Volume (NRSV) is the retail sales price net VAT, postage and any discounts used.

Affiliate earnings can be converted into coupons to buy products or paid by bank transfer on the 1st of each month (£25 minimum payout) There is a 20pence charge for the bank transfer of payouts
